Building a great team means providing timely, accurate & consistent feedback. From routine evaluations to corrective or disciplinary actions, you need to build a culture of communication. This application is a quick and easy way for you to document the brief "teachable" moments that represent your investment in building each member of your team.

App Use:

Make Observations (main screen): This is where you make those quick little observations. It is fast and friendly. Type who the observation is about. Choose whether this is a "strength" (something they did well) or "opportunity" (something they could improve). Enter details of the observation (i.e. "Had 3 incorrect orders on 2/17"). Click "Submit"! Thats it.

Review: This is where you can see all of the observations you have made. You see observations you have made for everyone (up to 50) or you can search for observations for a specific person. Click on any observation to view details! If you view details, you have the chance to share the observation via e-mail, text & etc. Be careful, you dont want to post a negative observation to Facebook, right?

Setup: You can change the default observation categories to something that makes the most sense for you. You may want these categories to reflect those that are on a company performance evaluation. For example, your categories may be "Order Accuracy", "Cleanliness", "Customer Service", "Attendance" & etc.

F.A.Q.:

Q: Where are my observations stored?
A: They are all stored on your device. You dont even have to have data access to make and review observations.

Q: Can I change the observation categories?
A: Yes, you can change the default observation categories to something that makes the most sense for you.

Q: Are there more reporting options?
A: Not currently. However, our eventual goal is to provide some charts and graphs to help you review the type and frequency of your observations.

Q: How can I make better observations?
A: Practice makes perfect! The app is designed to make the process quick and easy. The more you make, the better they get. Making more observations over a longer period of time is the key to improving the quality and consistency of your observations.
